A warm velvety thick wine.

Petal pink colour. Floral hints of rose and red berry fruit. Warm, velvety, thick, savoury taste.

Alcoholic degree: 13°.
Optimum period of consumption: up to 3 years, but it is advisable to consume it young to appreciate its aromatic fragrance.

VINIFICATION AND FERMENTATION

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with soft pressing of the grapes and short bloodletting after 23- 24 hours of maceration in contact with the marc.

Refinement in steel vats with a stay of a few months in the bottle before release.
