Variety: Magliocco, Cabernet Sauvignon
Terrain: medium texture tending to sandy
Training system: horizontal spurred cordon – Guyot
Harvest period: end of September, beginning of October
VINIFICATION AND FERMENTATION
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with soft pressing of the grapes and short bloodletting after 23- 24 hours of maceration in contact with the marc.
Refinement in steel vats with a stay of a few months in the bottle before release.
